Our siding is over 51 years old, aluminum siding with pockmarks (great for covering up any hail damage, but a terrible pill to clean) and white. Even though it gets regular power washing, it looked dingy, dirty, and stained. 35 years ago it was totally cleaned by hand and recoated with a coating to stop oxidation, but with time that coating faded off, and the dirt cling to the siding like it were glued on. Our representative or contractor was JEFF SHOLDICE (ID# 008). He came to the door offering the service, a service normally I would not have accepted, but he offered to do a test piece. It looked good, so I decided doing the entire house, garage, and windows would be fine. After he had finished the front of the house, I went outside to look. I was stunned, shocked, and most pleasantly surprised! The house had never looked whiter. Not only was most all the grim and dirt gone, but the only parts that didn't clean up to perfection were where real stains were (and I can't imagine anything taking those out). In truth, I was expecting it to look clean like I usually see it after a power washing, but was so surprised as how clean it really was. Even a luster was present on most of the siding. The windows! Well, they are so clean looking. The method used for cleaning windows leaves windows without any spots or streaks of any kind. They were just super clean. As for how our contractor worked, well, he was an uncommon workman. He worked hard, thoroughly, efficiently, diligently, and with total care, like one would expect of someone doing a very special project of their own where perfection really mattered. He was very informative, instructive, and extremely pleasant. I can't imagine anyone whose work ethic could be better.

Casey was a very polite and efficient worker. She was neat and prepared to carry out the job. It was a pleasure to meet this young woman.

The guy came was very nice, he told me that they would fix the lawn so that the weeds would be gone and the grass seed they used would make my lawn look like my neighbors, I watered everyday like I was told and after two weeks I have a bumper crop of weeds and can't see any new grass growth. This morning my neighbor told me that I should complain after paying 169.50, the lawn looks worse then before.

Brandon S was amazing!! He came to my door which I usually don't do "door to door" salesman but he was super friendly and gave me a great deal!! So much I felt bad he spent SO long here going over every detail as he said better do the job right the first time, can't rush perfection!! He did such a great job we live in a pretty large two story and he got every inch! I would highly recommend them especially Brandon S! Great job and friendly, not usually the case for Calgary!! Haha well done!

Cleaned all the windows at our house (some are very hard to get to), the glass railing on the stairs up to our house and our garage door and windows. Very pleasant and helpful.

The lawn service was done fast an clean. All questions were answered. Great Job! Thx.

Very disappointed with the window washing service last week. Every window has streaks and looks far worse than before the work was done.
Numerous calls to Victoria office remain unanswered.

Technician guaranteed that the windows did not need to be squeegeed as the water would dry and leave the windows sparkling. Not true !

The work was good. But they told me 2 weeks the seed will grow. But now just only a little grass was shown up

Hired them once, would never hire them again. The guy did a very poor job, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and they now have come back to the house 3 times in the last 6 weeks to see if we want our windows washed - even though we have a "No Solicitors" sign on the door that we put up specifically to keep them away.
