We bought a character house in New Westminster this summer and were aware that the roof needed an immediate replacement. JMT was one of the initial quotes we got before determining whether we wanted to purchase the house. His price was competitive and after reading all of the glowing reviews on here and talking to him in person we felt confident in moving forward with John. John was quick to respond on the quote, walked me through the choice in materials, options around venting, skylights, trim, etc. He called us regularly with updates around their schedule, how the project was progressing, and to get our feedback on the final product. The new roof looks excellent. We have discussed potentially replacing the gutters in the near future and I would have no qualms going with John on this job and recommending him to any of my friends/family for their roofing needs.
