Although our roof was not leaking it was past it's 20-year lifespan. A recent wind storm pushed the tiles over the edge, leaving them peeling with shrapnel around the property. With winter already setting in we wanted the roof repaired right away. Not only was the quote from John lower than all others, he didn't try to up-sell anything, and even provided extras where he felt necessary. His crew were available to start the job the following week and had it completed in the expected 2-day window the weather was giving. Throughout the whole process John kept us updated with numerous progress photos. The site was kept clean throughout the whole process with protection for our siding and landscaping. I've worked with 3 other contractors over the years and they all changed personality throughout the work, leaving us with regret. But not John. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll use him again for other services when the time comes.
