They were a little late, and the manager came to inspect what needed to be moved ( so he'd know how many hours it would take his workers to move everything, very strange?), and I had to sign a contract agreeing on the payment. They were unfriendly, used my bathroom without my permission and dirtied my towels. I gave them ice tea, bought Tim hortons coffee and doughnuts, although they worked only 5 hours ( they took 2 breaks to waste time), and when I gave the three of them a 25 dollars tip each ( although there was one guy who did nothing) they were rude and complained it was not enough, my husband and I had moved everything except the heavy pieces. They wrapped my beautiful furniture in dirty blankets, did not shrink wrapped anything, did not protect my hardwood floors or carpets in the rooms. I was told the company would give us boxes, and wrapping paper they did not give us anything, they wrapped our furniture in dirty blankets and not shrink wrap. I was very stressed, they were unpleasant, rude, unfriendly. And they left damage on the walls of the house I was moving out of, which I had to repair.
Definitely would not recomend, don't use this moving company, you will hate it.
