The staff is rude and not answering questions. If you have a second choice then just fine have to suffer the wrist service. It's a real insult. Also you need to know the part you purchased might not be the final sale and no return at all.

they have products that not many other retailers or wholesalers have. The set up is a typical old fashion counter style like lordco but the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They even try to get you the best discount within their power to send you on your way

I decided to put underground wire to my shop instead of going overhead. As you know copper is expensive so the sales guy suggested aluminum which saved me a ton of cash. Cause I'm not an electrician I would'nt have figured this out on my own so way to go Nedco

They have great quality stuff, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I found them a bit on the pricey side, but I appreciated that they talked me out of a more expensive option. They seem mostly geared towards contractor sales.

John at Nedco was the most amazing helpful man. We are installing Nu Heat in our bathroom and he helped with placement instructions, problem solving and also suggested a couple of other things to help have the job go smoothly. He was very busy but had lots of time to help me.
