When I contacted the company for a quote and more information, Devon responded quickly and actually provided me with a detailed quote. We went back and forth for several emails as I always ask a lot of questions and he was always prompt and courteous in this replies.
I also like the fact that I was quoted one price that was inclusive of everything. Other companies were confusing with their low duct-cleaning price but various add-ons (extra vents, furnace, etc).
Devon and Alec arrived at my home on time. They were greeted by my tenant as I was running late. She commented that they were extremely professional when they arrived. They wore masks and followed Covid protocals. They were respectful of my house placing down floor mats and covering all the vents. The job was done within a few hours.
Additionally, they were pleasant to deal with, which isn't always the case.
I will add them to my short list of trades and servicepeople to use again in the future, and to refer to friends and clients.
