An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I used other companies in the past and I was not impressed with the results. I wanted to try someone different and Green and I found Green & Spotless on Homestars. I liked the fact that the suction comes from the motor in the truck.
Alec & Devon were great. They explained the process, were on time, polite, efficient and proficient. The carpets were soiled especially high traffic areas, but now the carpets look great
and the stains came out.
