We wanted to build a modern home with very good insulating and eco-friendly design elements. Lanefab fit the bill as they build homes with pre-fabricated SIP panels. They also have designer that's great with modern designs that aren't cookie cutter and out-of-the-box thinking. Architect and Contractor work closely together to get the maximum from the design and quality of build. When we were looking for builders we noticed how other builders where construction workers were talking on their cell phones and RANDOMLY putting nails into the walls.
