I was a customer. I purchased materials from LBH for home projects and supported this small business. Also had LBH build a deck. The schedule was a mess and quote was way off from final price. They were short of materials so delayed there. When they delivered material it was damaged and sent wrong materials to site, more delays. I forgot the angry Mr know it all name, the deck builder who was belligerent with me and LBH but at best did mediocre work at a slow pace. End result was a poor quality deck, no slope, not square and damaged boards installed with large and inconsistent spacing between boards. Not impressed and won't do business here again.

looking for a new deck, found LBH at the home and garden show. Deck was completed in 3 days and workmanship and service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.

I bought all of my supplies from LBH in St. Albert and they were not only very helpful and knowledgeable but also when product was not in stock, they went out of their way to have it delivered to me.

Service and quality and Air Miles as well are only a fraction of the great experience at LBH.

The staff are professional, knowledgable and caring. I have purchased many items and rely on the teams experience and knowledge to complete my job successfully and in budget. The store is clean and the items needed for my job are easy to find and product is always in stock.
