Our nearly new washer wouldn’t drain - We couldn’t open the door or resolve the error codes. We were able to get a service call in a very reasonable period of time. The technician arrived within the assigned appointment window; was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.
We were able to do laundry that same day. We very much appreciated the excellent service.
