We hired Zaza Contractors to assess some interior water damage, the cause, and correct steps to properly address the situation. Fred provided exceptional customer service, walking me through the concerns and possible causes. Afterward, we agreed to a fair and reasonable, professional quote for the work. The tuck pointing was completed in a timely manner, with little disruption. The mess was entirely removed and the area cleaned.
