Insulated siding (home energy retrofit)
When Zaza signage appeared on my street again, I remembered my next door neighbour had contracted the company to put in a basement bathroom. Zaza's quote was moderately priced, but we knew we had to able to work with a company that placed an emphasis on customer service since we needed their cooperation to complete our NRCAN Greener Homes Grant rebate application. Zaza delivered. Our 2F siding and exterior siding was completed in two weeks and the few delays we experienced were communicated to us. The Govt application was onerous because an energy advisor had to conduct the energy audits required, but Zaza's admin were patient and professional and completed specific requests for information from Zaza's subcontractors. The work of the subcontractors impressed the neighbours, so not only does the house look better, but it's also less of an energy hog. We are pleased to recommend Zaza to quote on various home renovations because of the quality work they do - the proof is in the pudding; a little before and after in one shot;)
