Thoughtful and thorough. Report was excellent and included extras and reference materials.

In hindsight, should have booked earlier in the process and earlier in the day - visual inspection of exterior was limited by sunset and inspection of building mechanicals was not possible.

Home inspection was very thorough. Michael walked us through the entire house and explained what we should be looking for and answered all of our own questions as well. He also provided recommendations in his written report of areas to focus on for maintenance and prevention which was very helpful for us as new homeowners.
