Zegarra Residential Inspections

I was very satisfied that I hired Michael Zegarra to inspect my townhouse. He came highly recommended by a friend of mine who recently hired him to inspect her house. I am a first time home buyer and Michael made the process as stress free as possible by going through the results of his inspection thoroughly but did not make it overwhelming for me. I felt Michael gave me expert and thorough opinions and explanations on each issue. This made it much easier for me to categorize which were the more serious issues that I needed to consider in my decision to purchase and which were not as serious.

Michael provided some honest feedback of the minor issues I might be able to tackle on my own and which I should be calling an expert to look at, which was also very helpful. Thank you once again for your expertise and I will definitely keep you top of mind in the future.
