We are very satisfied with Zegarra's condo inspection. He arrived on time and provided a detailed report which included lots of pictures and links to the appliance manuals. Contractor recommendations were also included.
We were able to negotiate the repair costs for fixing the electrical issues found during his inspection. I would use their services again in the future.
