Vanessa went the extra mile in accommodating our last minute request for a modification to one of our panels. Cabinets were delivered on time and installed professionally. Overall a great experience!

We were doing a complete renovation and addition to our house including a new kitchen with a budget. We dealt with Vanessa Goodkey from Raywall and she was amazing from the design process to the material selection of cabinets and stayed within our budget while giving us an incredible looking kitchen. She was extremely professional and gave us exactly what we wanted. We have received so many compliments on our kitchen and even other trades people have commented on what good quality the cabinets are. We are extremely satisfied with our new kitchen and Raywal.

The challenges of kitchen design in an old house were no problem for Vanessa at the Ottawa office. She offered suggestions to work around the small space and designed an extremely functional and beautiful kitchen. Her professionalism and customer care throughout the process were impressive. I spend a lot more time in the kitchen now as it is such a great place to be. Thanks Vanessa for keeping the project on time and within budget.

From the first time the designer/consultant, Vanessa Goodkey, came to see us, we were impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Thank you to the team at Raywal Kitchens. Building a new home is a very daunting task but Carly made the kitchen design part very smoothly. She has designed us a kitchen that suits our need perfectly. Giving us great idea's on where things should go to make a kitchen flow. I would like to thank our Raywal Kitchen Designer Carly for designing our perfect kitchen, it is exactly as we wanted it and totally within our budget of $10,000.00. Carly was very easy to deal with, her design skills worked magic on our ideas. When asked to make design changes she was totally approachable and we were left very satisfied. I would recommend Carly to all our friends and family and I trust they will be as happy as we are in their new kitchen.
The cabinets were delivered on the agreed date unfortunately most doors and drawer fronts had to be returned due to manufacture and/or delivery damage, but the damaged items were replaced. Compensation would have been appreciated for our inconvenience.

We recently renovated our kitchen with Jennie from Raywal kitchens. She is so knowledgeable and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our kitchen looks amazing and thanks to the new layout she designed for us we have a truly wonderful space! When friends come over we get so many compliments on our kitchen and I recommend Jennie everytime. She is great!

My husband and I build our dream custom home and picked Raywal for all the cabinets through out. Carly Morin was our design consultant and we wouldn't be able to do it without her. I greatly valued their creativity and expertise in helping me modernize my 1980's kitchen. Now it looks absolutely stunning. The layout, storage features, cabinetry and hardware all contribute to a functional, very attractive and modern kitchen. Life was just going to well, then we had a huge traumatic house fire and lost everything!!
Both very busy professionals with limited time, crazy travel, busy schedules, one disabled with accommodation needs and neither remotely creative ......... "Hello Raywall-Ottawa"
The meet, greet and lets do it took 3 days. Paperwork throughout the project was efficient and seamless. The contractor and Raywall worked for a year on our project, no issues and great frequent efficient communication. Carly Morin returned e mails, and Texts 24/7. (seriously who does that!!).
Carly was "a four foot angel in high heel boots"!!! I cried, complained, was impatient, un-decisive, probably rude and a completely impossible nightmare client.
She listened professionally and quickly understood our needs, lifestyle, family, routine, requirements and more importantly our budget with timeline. She proposed creative and innovative design ideas.
My counters are all ergonomically correct, functional and provide an energy efficient flow. The huge ceiling to floor mullioned glass door food pantry is individually coloured matt black. Stunning. The general quality is excellent, quiet close well fitted, cuboards,all easily adjusted and wiped clean. Quick to deliver a missing cabinet and some extra moulding and still met deadline. Site visits x4 to ensure engineering technical fit and follow up, despite the 1hr 45min drive each way.
It was a huge and complex job many rooms with unique requirements . The result is beyond expectation and I am proudly thrilled to say " Raywall and Carly Morin 'A Great CANADIAN COMPANY' thank you always for my new home"
