STAY AWAY!! Tech came early, took apart the machine, asked for a vacuum and cleaned it. Said there may have been a blockage and it tripped off. After about 20 mins of cleaning he put it back together. Told me it would be $280 !! Never gave me any kind of quote or estimate ahead of time (as the website claims) less than an hour to vacuum and $280??!! Called company spoke to a manger Alona-she said she cant confirm he didn't tell me. Asked if she wanted them to go back and break the machine to get my money back? Basically said she wont do anything. Rude on the phone, no offer of any kind, all while chomping on some candy. Never use this company!!
