James had a refreshing approach to complex problems -- eager to think outside of the box, in order to come up with solutions that are cost effective, well-engineered and elegant. Aside from this he is very easy to speak with, and is a keen listener. I have everything good to say about James and appreciate the way he walked us through some very challenging times we faced due to the complexity of our project.
