house cleaning
I was very dissatisfied with their work. Wish I could have been there, because they need constant supervision to do what they are supposed to do. Lots of lame excuses and blaming others. Very unprofessional dealing with complaints. Could not in all conscience recommend them. I was 'taken'. Lesson learned - I had already given my Visa no. before I saw the work..never again. It didn't look any better than before they came. Almost $500. of my hard earned money thrown to the wind. Never even sent me a receipt as promised.

Firstly the owner was there and told us what to clean, we did so, she also added the basement which was not in the quote but we did it anyway. Turns out the sister owns a salon storefront attached and expected us to clean that as well. We weren't even told about that when we were hired or there on site.
Definitely not part of the quote, plus we are residential cleaners not commercial cleaners. She is complaining because we did not clean the salon storefront which would've taken 5 hours more and we are not commercial cleaners. Our insurance does not cover commercial cleaning and our website is clear we are residential cleaners only.
It is disappointing to us as we always do a good job and everyone is happy with our work. I wish the sister that paid for it was there in the morning because we would've told her that we can't clean the salon and probably passed on the job.
A walkthrough before and after is important, it ensures the customer is happy. The sister on site thought our work was great and told us so. The other sister, without seeing the place for a week told us it was horrible. We will never take a job like that again. But I know we did right and am confident we will forget about it and continue helping homeowners and families with their cleaning needs as we have done for many years now.
