July 13th, 2015:/// WARNING TO ALL HOMEOWNERS. 'Perfect Painters' is threatening me and told me in writing and verbally that they will not fix the damage they caused to my home unless this HomeStars review comes down. They are also threatening to put a lien on my home (for work not completed and ignoring the damages their painter did to my home.) I have it in writing from them, if HomeStars would like to see it.////
Long story short, the photos show the damage caused by 'Perfect Painters'. This is day 40+ of a 'three day' paint job. They sent a sub-contractor with no ladder come to my home on June 4th to start work on the exterior siding of my home. When he returned to my home - after a few 'no-shows' he had a ladder, but no pads or other accessories for the top of the ladder to prevent it from causing dents on my siding. He said he had '20 years of experience', the ladder wouldn't damage it, but it did. Now I have one sloppy coat of paint on my home, drips of paint/running paint/paint splatter/blistering paint and dents on my aluminum siding caused by the painter. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.////
My hopes are that this nightmare of a paint job/damage/threats will not happen to another home owner. My advice is to read all reviews possible, get references and to trust your instincts and stop the project when you can tell the job is not being professionally done or dealt with.
