July 13th, 2015:/// WARNING TO ALL HOMEOWNERS. 'Perfect Painters' is threatening me and told me in writing and verbally that they will not fix the damage they caused to my home unless this HomeStars review comes down. They are also threatening to put a lien on my home (for work not completed and ignoring the damages their painter did to my home.) I have it in writing from them, if HomeStars would like to see it.//// Long story short, the photos show the damage caused by 'Perfect Painters'. This is day 40+ of a 'three day' paint job. They sent a sub-contractor with no ladder come to my home on June 4th to start work on the exterior siding of my home. When he returned to my home - after a few 'no-shows' he had a ladder, but no pads or other accessories for the top of the ladder to prevent it from causing dents on my siding. He said he had '20 years of experience', the ladder wouldn't damage it, but it did. Now I have one sloppy coat of paint on my home, drips of paint/running paint/paint splatter/blistering paint and dents on my aluminum siding caused by the painter. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.//// My hopes are that this nightmare of a paint job/damage/threats will not happen to another home owner. My advice is to read all reviews possible, get references and to trust your instincts and stop the project when you can tell the job is not being professionally done or dealt with.

Hi Jenny, Leah, and Xi are just some of the Online names you have.Let's get the story straight. We did come and paint your home and it was done a while ago and completed. You asked for the Same Painter back now obviously for other purposes or other intent. You admitted in writing you tipped the Painter for great work. You also you hired and convinced him to do a side job. He no longer works with us as this is against our policy. You have abused social Media either get something fixed from us that was not damaged by us or just don't want to pay the company anymore money. We never painted your Trim and your photo's show this. I can see a few spot that could look better but some of you photo are just issues with the Siding. You abused Social Media early on when we politely told you we would happy to address your concerns and I always do my best to make things right. We like to believe our customers and we took the high road on your small dent concerns and sent Richard our Top Painting Foreman and George the Manager to you home last Wednesday and you would not open the door at our agreed arrival time. You wanted out of your contract but then changed your mind again and want some fixes and still offered any other payment. You want us to fix your dents but you did so much wrong we started to question your integrity but we still took the high road from day one and afterwards. We don't understand and quite frankly we are tired of extra time that my wife, office managers and all staff has done to make you happy. You also admitted you refuse to pay your balance of the bill. You also prepped the home yourself as you wanted to save money. We have conversations on file that you refusely apologizing for your behavior. You told us to Google you name early on and Watch out... You have been the most challenging customer we have every had. However I will still have Christine call you again to figure out a solution no matter how disrespectful you have been in this matter...For the other 500 customers we service per year I have learned I can't make everybody happy and while we try out best every-time and we do our best to service customers and deal with customers with the most professional way possible. Jenny is an example of someone that has gone to far we gave in to assist you and you didn't even open the door. I'm sure this interesting read for all. Michael & Christine.
