Yesterday Mike from Perfect Renovations was at my home to repair my drywall ceiling, seal some cracked crown moulding and repair towel rods in my bathroom. He arrived early, and worked tirelessly throughout the day for a full 8 hours. Everything was fixed up nicely and for the price it was worth every penny. This was my second time calling on the services of Perfect Renovations and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I had Karam & 2 other painters from Perfect Painters do a 2 story stairwell, hallway, 2 bedrooms & ensuite recently. This included never before painted stucco ceilings (yuk), but after 15 years, they made them look like new! Work was meticulously done as was cleanup. All painters were most pleasant & aimiable. Communication with office staff was pleasant & cordial & they were most accommodating. Overall a very positive experience. Probably not the least expensive out there, but as the old saying goes, --- you get what....
I will be calling them again in the new year for Karam to do the last bedroom.

At every part of the process, the staff were very professional and completed the job exactly to specifications. We even ran into some unforeseeable problems behind a wall in which they were quickly rectified. The work was completed within budget, even the extras that I had them do half way through the project. George and the team were excellent, in fact so good that I hired them a few weeks later for work at my home.

Perfect Renovations was truly a great company to work with! My family and I were mentally exhausted from past abuse from other construction companies that took advantage of our finances by doing a poor job in building our bathroom showers. It is for that reason that we were not easy to work with. But the Perfect Renovations team was remarkably passion and kind, which I truly appreciate. Our mater bathroom was leaking into the downstairs living room. With the assistance of Perfect Renovations, their plumber (Frank) was able to detect the issue immediately and fixed it within less than three days. Unlike other construction companies, Perfect Renovations has a well organized team of administrators and transparent legal documentation, which makes it easier for costumers to feel at ease with their services. As well, I compared their fees to four other companies in the Toronto area, and Perfect Renovations' pricing is very reasonable. I would truly recommend Perfect Renovations for all of your home repairs and builds.

We were extremely happy with the work that Chris from homestars did for us--laid a hardwood floor, installed custom floating shelves, and built and entry way closet/bench. There were some minor delays in the work but they were handled professionally, and everyone on the homestars team was a pleasure to deal with. A refreshingly reliable, prompt, and courteous company.
