I met with Richard Brown to get a kitchen Reno quote. He understood exactly what I wanted done and made some good suggestions. Next I was untroduced to Douglas the project manager. Douglas has been great answering all my questions and looking after the renovations and even adjusting for some additional requests and extra electrical work. Which is great that he can accommodate it. The floors were replaced and retiled by a hard working, respectful and polite crew. The walls were repaired and prepped for new cabinets. The electrical needed to be upgraded and Lee has been working on that. So far the project is on time and has exceeded my expectations. I have used this company before and I will use them again. What I like is that you ask a question and you get an answer. I appreciate all that the group has done and look forward to a new kitchen. I have a deck and a bathroom planned to do next. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

I have had Perfect Painters complete multiple projects at our downtown Toronto offices. Les Jarosz has been the project manager on all occasions and has always taken very good care of us from start to finish. The work has always been very professional and done on schedule. Completed both a master walk-in closet and front door portico redo. Although there were some issues with the initial quote, Douglas the project manager worked with us to get the best result and he had our best interest in mind.
All tradesman were clean, organized and delivered good work. I especially appreciated the attention to detail from the painter Fabio. Best paint job we have seen.

I reached out to get a quote on a basement bathroom reno, but really I wanted the entire basement done. David came by right on time, was super positive, and found a way to make it all work with my budget. Then I came back with a few new ideas, and he came back, and integrated them in to the plan so I can review the new costs and make an educated decision. Most importantly, he had my best interests at heart, and wanted me to get the basement I really wanted.

My wife and I just purchased a home that needed more than just a little love and lipstick shall we say. Although I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty I have no skills of the trade (poor parenting I guess - kidding mom and dad). Moving on, Les (Project Manager / Sales) provided exceptional customer service and informed us of many "sensible" options, thank goodness in layman terms, to improve our family home. Because it is an old and weathered home, there were many issues, but Les utilized his experience and expertise to present practical and economical solutions ...in a clam professional manner. Those solutions in most cases looked better than what was planned. I appreciate that Les (Project Manager / Sales) was always just a phone call away and available throughout every project no matter the scope and size. The projects were separated to help ease the financial burden on my wife and I ...and our young family. Most often, the quote was exactly the same cost as the final invoice. My wife and I have high expectations for quality and we were very pleased with Mike (Trade) and his work. Mike is a "magician of his craft" and made our house something we are very proud to call home. I write this endorsement to ensure individuals that they will not be disappointed if they choose Les, Mike and Perfect Painters & Home Renovation Services. However, my only concern is that people will read this endorsement and Mike (Trade) will be too busy to finish my family home (smile).

We are very very pleased with the work that Charlie and Benny provided us. The kitchen looks much better with the new grout and silicone and we can now access things in the cupboard under the sink. We no longer need to use masking tape to seal the cracks in the upstairs bathroom! The new and old door look great. Charlie tried and is still searching for a replacement window crank! And Benny has suggested a workaround for the master bedroom bed frame.

Charlie was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, giving great suggestions for future work.

We made sure to request a sign for outside, we'll recommend Charlie and The Home Improvement Group to neighbours, and we look forward to exploring getting the exterior work done at a later date.

John was very punctual, in that he arrived at my home at the exact stated time.
After listening to my concerns regarding the painting of my kitchen, he proceeded to begin the project.
John was very meticulous about protecting our cabinets and floor from any paint splatter and I could see that we were in good hands.
Needless to say my experience with John was a very positive one and will ask for him when we require any additional painting projects for our home.

I had work done on my condo to remove a small wall and do some electrical work. Working with Les Jarosz (Project Manager) on my condo renovation was better than I could have ever imagined - the level of customer service he provides is one of a very successful veteran in the industry.

A couple of highlights:
- Professional and practical suggestions to my requested work were made at the planning stage and every element was transparent of cost
- Each contractor did their part on the project like clockwork - and at the end of every day the work site was left spotless, all waste was removed and the area was swept and clean.
- Most importantly, not once did I ever feel like a ‘small client’

Prior to the work finishing, I had already provided referrals to a co-worker and to a neighbour who were also looking to get work done on their homes. Les will be the first person I contact for my next project!
