My wife and I just purchased a home that needed more than just a little love and lipstick shall we say. Although I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty I have no skills of the trade (poor parenting I guess - kidding mom and dad). Moving on, Les (Project Manager / Sales) provided exceptional customer service and informed us of many "sensible" options, thank goodness in layman terms, to improve our family home. Because it is an old and weathered home, there were many issues, but Les utilized his experience and expertise to present practical and economical solutions ...in a clam professional manner. Those solutions in most cases looked better than what was planned. I appreciate that Les (Project Manager / Sales) was always just a phone call away and available throughout every project no matter the scope and size. The projects were separated to help ease the financial burden on my wife and I ...and our young family. Most often, the quote was exactly the same cost as the final invoice. My wife and I have high expectations for quality and we were very pleased with Mike (Trade) and his work. Mike is a "magician of his craft" and made our house something we are very proud to call home.
