I requested a number of changes to my 1200 square foot condo. It involved removing and reconfiguration of walls, new flooring throughout, new bathroom vanities, kitchen counters, new doors throughout, electrical reconfiguration, light fixtures, plumbing etc. Perfect Painters and Home Renovations assigned Les as my project manager and he was fantastic. He provided a detailed estimate at the outset and was available anytime throughout the project to discuss progress and changes. When I made additions and variations he was flexible, accomodating and fair regarding any changes to costs. When they offered suggestions to me, they were thoughtful and useful. The main on-site master carpenter was highly skilled and the workmanship was above my expectations. They worked within my condo's renovation rules and I never received any complaints. The workers were tidy and worked extra hours when needed. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Perfect Painters and Home Renovation Services to anyone needing renovations with an eye for detail.
