Met Joseph Giannini at the home show. I'm a true skeptic about products and companies at such venues. Spoke with Joe for a bit asking the usual questions, the fact that we were able to joke during our conversation, made me more willing to listen to what he had to say, I'm a people person. It wasn't till one week or later that I made the call, boy am I ever glad I did. Kimberly is the wonderful person that took my call and made it all happen. She walked me through everything, including working with someone to have my colours chosen for my new condo. She kept in constant contact about availability and who the painter was going to be, I was on a time line for moving in. After having chosen the colours, Kimberly took over and organized everything. I met the painter once, Warren, immediately liked him. I expressed how nervous I was, he assured me he would do a great job and make my place look great, well that he did.
When I walked into my condo, my jaw dropped and I was speechless, that is saying a lot from a super, super picky person. I would not think twice about calling Perfect Painter to have any work done, paint or otherwise. They are true professionals, with next to none, detailed customer service. I would like to thank Joe for his professional and yet friendly manner, in which way he intruduced his company to me, at the home show, great job Joe. Thank you Warren, my fantastic painter, he kept in touch during the process and did a spectacular job, especially with all cutting on the accent walls, the place looks amazing thanks to you, everyone has commented on the great job. Thanks Mike for all the great job in changing sink and faucets.
Well what can I say about Kimberly, she is a great asset to the company, she is so focused on customer service and detail, that I felt I had a personal assistant during the entire process. She would keep me updated and check in to make sure I was okay with everything. Thanks Kimberly for making this an easy process and always being there for me. What a fabulous team and an amazing experience I had.
