When I contacted Perfect Painter, the call went directly to the voicemail. I thought I will receive a call back the next day. I was surprised to receive a call on the same day around 8:30PM - for me, that is exceptional customer service. As soon as I spoke to Merry, I felt at home and welcome. The painter assigned was James. I am very grateful that he had the patience to work through the horrible walls we had - we only had minor scuff marks but the biggest hurdle was the quality of wall left to us by the builder. He relentlessly worked through the difficult task even putting hours above and beyond what was called for and he had a very positive outlook on the job. He was very friendly and personable. After finishing the 3rd floor, I fell in love with the house again. I am amazed on how an experienced and skillful painter can do wonders to your home.
