I was searching for someone to repair my dryer and came across the reviews for Joe. I called and his outgoing message said he did not do the downtown core. Still, I left a message not expecting much. He called the same day and offered assistance and to refer me to someone who could help me. Unfortunately, I had already contracted someone else, but the fact he called to ensure I had assistance is appreciated. Good customer service is difficult to find these days and this reminds me that there are incredible, professional, qualified and customer-oriented technicians out there.
