Very detailed report, extremely useful, learned tons from Egbert!
Egbert was very detailed in his inspection and I followed him around the house while he did. The knowledge he shared and jokes he made during that inspection made for an enjoyable experience. We used this report to have an informed decision for our 1 year new home inspection. It really helped us to get some deficiencies in our home uncovered and addressed. Loved that the report had pictures, details and recommendations for fixes. Finally, Egbert gave us the completed report within a few days and we were impressed with the quick turnaround.

Thanks Wendy. I know the home inspection is a lot of information in a short time and can be overwhelming, sometimes humour keeps it in perspective. I recommend inspections on new homes, before you have committed all your money. A one year inspection finds the things that show up after the house has been lived in. Both are important!
