Thorough, a sharp eye for detail and educative
As a first time home buyer I found this walkthrough extremely helpful. It provided me with insight into how to take care of my house, what to look for during the first year of living (under warranty) and the opportunity to ensure all mechanical/electrical equipment was up and running on day one. I was pleasantly surprised by how much time we spent inspecting the exterior of the building...other experiences usually lack in this area and blow by these details.
Overall Egbert was great. I highly recommend.

Most of a home inspection is about water; anytime I come across synthetic stucco in Calgary I know I need to find the details that help us determine the risks.
