Diamond Home Inspection

We were moving from Ontario to Calgary and made an offer on a house. Egbert helped us with the home inspection despite us not being able to join in person. He was on the phone with us as he walked through the house and described his findings. We received a very thorough written report the day after.
Egbert is very knowledgeable about anything related to home construction, and was able to give us advise and tell us in advance which parts of the house will need extra work, and what kind of maintenance we'll have to anticipate.
He also came for another quick visit a few weeks after we had moved in, to answer some additional questions that we had.
