We decided to renovate our entire kitchen, with me playing the role as General Contractor. A role I have done many times before.
In this case, I needed to find a tile installer to remove the existing floor and backsplash tiles and install new floor tiles. We did not have any installers to provide us with a quote so we went to Homestars to find some.

We set a date for the work to begin and end, as I had other trades people to come in after Dimitri to start their work.
Dimitri told me it would take a week to do the work. We signed the contract and agreed on a start date.
On install day, Dimitri arrived on time, enclosed the work area in plastic and began his work. During the work, Dimitri kept the area clean, organised and work progressed to schedule.
Dimitri completed the work on time and within the price he quoted. We were very pleased with the first class quality workmanship of his skill and efficiency.
