I called Bishop Roof Repairs after several shingles were blown off my roof. I was very pleased with the service provided and even more surprised about how perfectly matched the shingles were (it was a concern of mine as the gap was at the front of my house). Paul was very professional and gave me some great advice in regards to protecting my roof. I will recommend this company to friends and family without question. Thanks Paul!

My company has been using Bishop Roof Repairs for well over 20 years. Being in a related trade (brick and masonry work) there have been many times where I required an expert in the area of roof repairs or roof troubleshooting. Contacted Paul via e-mail, and spoke with him on the phone. He was pleasant and came to provide a free estimate. He fixed my roof and my neighbors roofs to address blown and broken shingles. Knowledgeable and provided additional advice for continual maintenance. Reasonable pricing, good expedient work and provided before and after photos of the work. I would definitely recommend his services for roof repair and plan to use him in the future.

Paul spoke with me on the phone a number of times and came by our house several times to assess the damage and how to fix the problem. He took the time to explain to me where the problem occurred and gave me what he thought would be the best way to fix it. He is very honest and out of the four roofers we had to assess our problem was the only one who was able to find the root of the problem and fix it! I would definitely recommend him - he knows what he is doing and will give you an honest opinion!

Roof Leak

We called Bishop's roof repair about a small leak. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about in regards to the possible cause but 3 weeks later and multiple repairs done, we still had the same problem. We spend more than a thousand dollars and nothing was fixed. Also, he does not specialize in attic repairs but will milk you for money trying to fix what he doesn't know. We are very disappointed with the service this "company" provides.

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. We always strive to fully educate our customers about their current roof issues and provide them with all their available options. Our standard way to do this is by taking pictures of everything we see. Through our many discussions and after going over the pictures of your roof and attic, we wanted to make sure that you knew exactly what was going on. Unfortunately in your case there were many possible causes and we had many issues to address.

We do not specialize in attics as we're not an insulation company but our drive to help you fix your problem is really what kept us coming back several times. That being said, we did try to contact several insulation companies on your behalf but because they were unavailable we offered to do the attic pipe repair ourselves. The work that was done included repairing and properly sloping the broken attic exhaust pipe . During our multiple visits we were also able to address many of the issues with your roof including installing and waterproofing three roof vents and two brand new exhaust vents. We stand behind all of our work and are always willing to return if there are any issues regarding quality or effectiveness.

If you have any issues with the repairs that we did please contact us and we would be happy to come back. Again, we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction but thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you with your roof issues.
