WalMart - Edmonton

Staff in electronics are not trined properly. I was left to find info on my own. After looking dazed & confused, a dpt. mng helped me out. I was shopping for laptop my my daughter and am clueless. After 10 mins, it was bought and we were out of there. Thanks to helpful people.

They had a pretty decenty selction of the stuff and reasonably priced.
the staff was helpful and was knowledgeable about the stuff.
they also informed me about the negatives of the things i was looking for.. they seemed to know what they were selling and talking baout.

When I relocated from Ontario to Alberta, I had a really bad perception of shopping at Walmart based on my previous experience. Also, it happens to be the closest store and I did not have many choices. But turns out that at least the West end location is much much better and I was able to get every thing I was looking for. I won't call their customer service outstanding but they are pretty good.

Whenever we have shopped at the Walmarts in Canada we have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service and the great selection in the products. The store is very well laid out, wide isles, and the shelves are always fully rocked.

I recently purchased some furniture from Walmart and was very pleased when this older gent who wasn't working in the furniture department went out of hs wy to help me. As he noticed I was shopping with my new young children and didn't have a way to bring these items to my vehicle. He grabbed a dolly, loaded the pieces and also loaded them in my vehicle. Very grateful!,

Everything was a low price and I was able to get everything I need and more and there was a huge selection, I wasn't able to find one thing and the staff right away went out of their way to find it
