We were looking to replace the front door and side door to our house. After contacting the company they provided PDF books for us to look over and when we were ready, they came over to do an estimate. We chose this company from 3 or 4 different quotes we received. The price was good and their reputation impeccable.
The door installation took place yesterday, the team was very courteous did a really great installation, including some detailed work to fit the trim around some existing features of the house.

I had three large living room windows that were in dyer need of replacing. I have had another company Nordick do other windows this past year and a door. I was not happy at all with their work or service, so I set out to find another company. I looked up and found Echo Choice. I read the reviews and now I am writing my review. All I can say is WOW. what a great company. From the very first point of contact with Adriana to the end with the installers Arie and his partner.
The whole experience was professional and friendly. I am all about customer service and the wonderful service I got. They took their time and made sure my rotted areas were fixed and my windows were installed right. If I had a question, Arie was quick to explain. He made sure he showed me what they were doing and what products they use. They took their breaks and let me know when they did. When they were working, they were working. Not talking on their phones like other workers I had prior. When finished , I stood back and just said WOW. I love my new windows.

Side door replacement and casings and threshold all done beautifully from consultation through to installation.Area was left extremely clean after completion and workers were perfectionists and everyone was great and hard working!

We were in need of replacing our front entrance door. The level of service was excellent, especially during a pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised when communications were responded too professionally and promptly. My questions were answered in email and when things needed to be discussed more in depth I received a call because they wanted to make sure I understood. Excellent recommendations on styles and paint options to suit the house. They were not the least expensive quote I received however they set realistic expectations and delivered on time.

Yuri and his son just finished installing our new front door and I'm amazed. I guess you get used to things not being completed as you would like and you always just settle for what is delivered however, I have to say that Yuri did an excellent job, quick easy, no mess and the door looks amazing. The door and the process exceeded my expectations. If there is anyone that is on the fence about going with Eco Choice I can validate that everything surpassed what I expected
