Absolutely appalling "customer service"

I've been trying to reach him for three months as my bill doubled they refused to call me back respond to emails one day on April 29 I finally got to speak to Jessica and Joanne both were quite rude would not refuse actually to answer any of my questions and Joanne had hung up on me I have to speak to her supervisor and she refused to allow me that I never did get an exclamation and now I feel like I must go to the media to have this addressed
