Donald just inspected a home we are about to purchase, and he was absolutely excellent! He provided us with a thorough and clear report, and he did a great job explaining his findings and what we needed to do as the inspection progressed. He showed up to the property early, gave us a clear outline of his recommendations, and let us know that in the future we can ask him any questions at all about the inspection whenever we need to.
