You can't go wrong with Don. Right from the start, he was very prompt with returning messages and making himself available for an appointment on very short notice. Don arrived earlier than us - he was already inspecting the exterior of the house. He is meticulous and knowledgeable - took his time to inspect every part of the house while providing useful house tips along the way.
