The salesperson who called on us was Nico, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. The project consultant (site supervisor) was Nick. We didn't see much of Nick while the work was being done, and we didn't have any reason to involve him!
Trenching around the house, waterproofing the foundation, and refilling the trenches was all done by Slava and Andrew. Who really, to our eyes, did a superlative job!
