Aquatech Basement Waterproofing

We had received several quotes to do exterior waterproofing on our entire house. Nick’s quote, including a 25 year warranty, was the most reasonable and comprehensive. Nick seemed quite knowledgeable and confident about the work that needed to be done and took time to review all required information with us. His crew hand dug the entire perimeter of our house (including under our back deck), patched all the cracks in the foundation, did the waterproofing, installed new weeping tile, backfilled and cleaned up. The site team was extremely hard working, and knew their job well. The team was also very conscientious, punctual and made themselves available to answer any of our questions. Like his site team, Nick always made himself available by phone to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. At the end of the project, Nick even came and did a final walk through with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Although it is too soon to know whether or not we will ever have water come into our basement again, I feel confident that the job was done properly, and trust that Aqua Tech Waterproofing stands behind their warranty.
