I was surprised that office was open at 8 am and also even sent a technician to my house the same day. He spent some time with me going into details of the process. I had to wait couple weeks for work to be done because they were already booked. However, on a scheduled day crew arrived on time, they were very polite and professional. After finishing they put everything back on its places. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.
