Rats Rats! After renting a storage unit for a month, we had the shock of our life to find out that ALL of our belongings (couches, beds, baby stuff) were covered in rat poop/urine, some of our furniture was eaten through. A lot of our things had to be thrown out, thousands of $$ in damage. U haul was not helpful at all, they said it wasn't their problem. The movers who helped us move said we are the 3rd people in a matter of days that they've helped move from this storage unit that have had rat infestation problems. This company and staff know fully well about rats at their facility and still rent out.
This has been a nightmare. They are in the business of storing people's valuable, and they know fully well they are rat infested?! Do not ever store anything here.
