We had a complete home renovation that lasted one year. It was a difficult time to endure but the result was to our expectations. Mr. Irani, the owner of this company ensured that every step of this renovation was done appropriately and on time. The quality of the products and the workmanship used were the best. We entrusted our home with Mr. Irani and never once regretted doing that. He is trustworthy and honest.
We only had a small problem with the amount of time that it took to move from one stage of the renovation to the next. However, sometimes during big projects like this one a few glitches can happen. Did landscape design and washroom reno when we were living in a house. Recently did renovation in our condo.
Quality of products used and custom built is excellent. Perfect in taking measurements - the wall of the washroom in our house wasn't straight but there was no problem when he installed the new cabinet and counter. Even though we never saw the cabinet till it arrived for installation as we had just approved a design verbally, it was just as we wanted.
Needs to keep in mind where renovations are concerned that other things may come up while on the job and hence may take longer. Needs to ensure from the start that workers can be available for a longer duration, if needed.
