Very quick/efficient/friendly/timely. Job turned out to be trickier than I originally thought - not a problem. The guys had the parts and solution and didn't charge extra (execpt for an socket i needed). Honest guys.

My fridge stopped working late Sunday night during a heat wave. I called Baydoun Appliances first thing on Monday and Mark picked up the call and diagnosed the issue over the phone. He told me the issue and the cost. The fridge was repaired in the same day with the exact cost. Fast, friendly and reliable service. I will definitely call them for all my appliances repairs.

I had called on Baydoun's services for an old leaky washing machine, and most recently for a faulty air-con system. Mark was efficient at identifying a problem, and where necessary gave me a clear understanding of the costs of repair and likelihood of long term success. The latter being important when you are the owner of last generation appliances. Ultimately, Mark is an honest gentleman, and does the right thing, for an affordable price.

I recently had Baydoun Appliances repair a stacked Whirlpool washer/dryer that I was getting no heat from all of a sudden.

Originally I called another high rated company on Homestars but did not get called back the same day, was quoted a very high price and didn't not get a good/timely estimate.

Baydoun was the second place I called, and I am happy I did.

They promptly arranged someone to come to my place the same day I called, and looked at the machine. It took some time to get the dryer apart, and out of the closet, but in the end they didn't charge me for the full amount of time as access was later found to be behind the unit rather than through the font panel that was removed.

They didn't have the part in stock, but ordered it and was back 1 day later to install. The serviceman was very friendly and completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after.

The service provided was honest, fair and and they were a pleasure to do business with.

Mark Baydoun responded to my Saturday emergency call quickly. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed first thing Monday morning (which was the earliest possible time given the need for parts). Fast, friendly and effective.

This is the second time we have used Baydoun Appliances for an appliance repair. Our 6 year old Maytag washing machine broke down while our daughter's family were staying with us. I called Mark who quickly dispatched a technician. Peter was on time, courteous & very efficient. Once the problem was diagnosed, the part was located & the machine was repaired asap.
