Good service. I really like the style of the furniture, very contemporary. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. There are also very good sales if you know how to look. The floor models are also very cheap and nice. Great store overall

Staff is very friendly and outgoing. Also very knowledgeable on various products. Delivery was also very quick, within three business days. Everything was great! I had no problem everything was exceptional!

Ottawa. Bought a sofa set that cost a fortune! Had to return it as it was torn and mouldy! Another day of waiting for delivery.
The people working at structube have absolutely no people skills what so ever. They are rude, they do not know their own policy. They refuse to apologize for their mistakes. They look at us as if we are disturbing them when we come into the store and when we want to talk to the head office... they don't know the number???? or want to give it to us.
Seriously I am wondering if the actual company knows who they are hiring and if they even read these reviews!!!!! they really need to seriously look into this. I would not recommend anyone buying there. I have told so many people already that if they want headache, then go there to buy! I hate dealing with incompetent people and structube definitely hires all of them!!!!!

Delivery was great,BUILDING a PAIN TO DO,Matress with a tear...another day off work to wait for it...VALLEY SQUIRE HERE I COME! Allready assembled!!!!AND REAL WOOD. It also takes more than 30 words to say how rotten time wise it takes to put this stuff together and that was a nice word!!!!
