Ottawa. Bought a sofa set that cost a fortune! Had to return it as it was torn and mouldy! Another day of waiting for delivery. The people working at structube have absolutely no people skills what so ever. They are rude, they do not know their own policy. They refuse to apologize for their mistakes. They look at us as if we are disturbing them when we come into the store and when we want to talk to the head office... they don't know the number???? or want to give it to us. Seriously I am wondering if the actual company knows who they are hiring and if they even read these reviews!!!!! they really need to seriously look into this. I would not recommend anyone buying there. I have told so many people already that if they want headache, then go there to buy! I hate dealing with incompetent people and structube definitely hires all of them!!!!!
