Greater Toronto Contractors performed an exceptional job taking care of our needs which included a full porch renovation plus foundation and waterproofing. I would like to thank our Project Manager and Crew as they were great workers and we are extremely pleased with their work. Although some minor issues occurred, some related to the original foundation of the home and not the contractors fault, their crew were able to assess and fix all problems in a timely and professional fashion. They went above and beyond our expectation and could not be happier.

Firstly, as an engineer and architect myself, I must say the level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. The GTC crew kept me involved throughout the entire project duration which I enjoyed very much and they were extremely quality conscious when catering to my needs.
Any obstacles or misunderstandings were handled in a very professional matter, and the owner of the company Sam even came out to send his regards. Very satisfied. Keep up the great work guys !

We used Greater Toronto Contractors for a kitchen renovation along with the installation of hardwood for our living and dining rooms. Everything came out beautifully and the staff were very attentive in trying to make sure everything turned out the way we wanted. Picking out materials for the kitchen was easy and the material selections team was great. Overall everyone I came in contact with was pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the end result.

I was actually recommended by my sister to use Greater Toronto Contractors as they did her bathroom renovation fast and efficiently. I thought they did a fantastic job with their renovation and the choice was simple. My family needed and wanted a kitchen renovation to be done as ours was starting to fall apart. They helped our kitchen renovation move quickly and before we knew it they completed the project. It flew very fast. Hands down the best service received from a renovation company and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Their process was very simple and they took care of everything. They are miracle workers in the renovation industry and helped make our ideas come to life in the most beautiful and amazing way. Any more renovation projects we need done will be through them.

Greater Toronto Contractors helped with the renovation of our basement which we turned into a basement apartment, living area, for our son. We did not just need a basement area to relax but a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living area to be created. With so many needs in 1 area it was overwhelming trying to figure out where we should start. We knew that many experts would need to be contacted in order to get our renovation needs handled. We search online for a few places and although it was a toss-up between 3 we decided on GTC. As a company it seems as though they are always working to serve us personally. Although we know they have many clients, whenever we needed to talk with them it was never a problem. They brought a lot of pride to their work and it showed with the final result. Our son loves his new space and we do too. I recommend GTC to everyone I know that is doing a renovation.

Professional, fast and affordable. My wife and I wanted to renovate our basement, finally after years of waiting. We wanted to create a place to host some parties and get-togethers for friends and family. What better place than a beautiful basement entertainment centre? The one thing we dreaded the most was going through the process of finding the right contractor for us that would do what they said, maybe a little more, and were dependable. After talking with many contractors we found that Greater Toronto Contractors stood out. For 1 thing their full service business is extremely convenient and easy to deal with, especially for our busy schedules. Being able to have designs, permits, material selectors, project managers and contractors all in one place was a major positive. Our transition from initial thoughts to the completion of our renovation seemed to go by very quickly. There were never any issues with the company as they were always available to answer any questions or make any changes. They helped with making our dream turn into a reality and stayed within our budget. I cannot thank them enough for being such a cohesive and amazing team. We love our basement and still do to this day.

I hired Greater Toronto Contractors in the fall of 2011 to renovate my basement and a 3 pc bathroom. The work took months to complete, and was the most stressful reno imaginable. There were so many problems with this job that I cannot list them all. From basic violations to my coming home early one day and finding the owners girlfriend making herself at home in my living room, to the botched paint job (they insisted that it be finished after dark in a room without power!) a shower door installed backwards that they never did fix, a plumber they didn't pay who threatened to put a lien on my house, plus many other issues. In the end they did credit me a few hundred dollars, but to this day - over 2 years later - I still try to avoid even looking at that bathroom much less using it, and have seriously considered to hire another contractor to redo it.

Most wise men and women wouldn't think of renovating a basement shortly before Christmas...they'd wait until the gold, frankinsence, and myrrh had been delivered. But we trusted the team at Greater Toronto when they promised they'd be finished by December 18--and they were. Not only was the contractor they in turm hired true to his word, too, but he was a true professional--he wanted his work to look good and kindly did a few extras just so "his job" would look good. He was friendly, helpful, very approachable, and most respectful--a rare trait in a person working in one's home. I'm pretty old, and can honestly say I have never "worked with" such an amazing work team.

If I ever need reno work done again, Greater Toronto Contractors is my first call. Their work is great and guaranteed, their prices very fair and having piece of mind while the construction is going on is priceless. We enjoy our brand new basement every day now.
