moving 2 bedroom home

Frogbox was fantastic! I always recommend it for people that are moving because:
1) You can pack weirdly shaped or fragile stuff into the boxes and stuff clothes and towels around it, then shut the box and not worry about it all being crushed or the box falling apart

2) You can stack all of the boxes on the dolly and just push 5 or so at a time right up into the moving truck, saving yourself trips, or saving your movers' time (=your $$)

3) They just drop off all of the boxes and pick them up again. No searching for boxes or trying to figure out how to get rid of them all once you're done moving.

4) You are forced to unpack all of the boxes for when Frogbox is picking them up, so no procrastinating on unpacking.

5) They donate to saving the frogs! And no trees wasted for cardboard! And the boxes are reused like a million times because they're super sturdy!

Moving materials

I used Frogbox for a move within Vancouver and they were fantastic. Their online sign up was quick and professional and they showed up on time and the boxes were very clean and sturdy! They saved me having to run around looking for used (or buying) boxes. Somehow having all the boxes ready to go made the packing easier and faster. Frogbox was recommended to me and I always recommend them to others moving.

re-usable moving boxes

We have been in the house we're moving from for almost 10 years, have a lot of stuff, and really did not want to pay for, and use, brand new cardboard boxes. A friend recommended Frogbox and we are so glad she did! They are perfect for almost everything, easy to lift, label, and stack, they are so clean they look new, and best of all - they delivered them right to our door and will take them away again when we are done.

Staff are very organized, thorough and super polite - I didn't know they were a relatively small business until I looked them up. And - they donate part of their profits to protecting frog habitat! We would absolutely use them again - and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

NB - cost represents 2 weeks' rental of 70 boxes (enough for 4 BR home).

$300.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Boxes are too big to fill entirely with books - would be helpful to have one appropriate smaller size for this. And, sturdier wardrobe boxes would be great - have yet to find a moving company box that works for this.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
It is totally worth paying them to deliver and pick up the boxes.

Reusable moving boxes

I have reserved Frogbox boxes for my upcoming move. They rent out green reusable plastic boxes for your move, that saves me from searching for or buying cardboard boxes. They get cleaned between every use too! I reserved online, the process was very easy, they have various packages for different size homes. They're going to deliver the boxes to my home and pick them up from my new place on the times and dates I chose. I love that I don't have to use carboard boxes anymore and especially that they donate 1% of proceeds to frog habitat restoration. They've also provided helpful recommendations on other services such as movers.

Reusable Moving Boxes

Loved this service! Made moving faster and kept me super organized. Packing and unpacking was a breeze. Sorting/moving boxes was easier because you can stack them and take less space.

They even drop the boxes off for you and pick them up when you're done and someone else can reuse them! No garbage, no need for tape, no boxes to assemble, tear down or throw out/recycle. I will use these for every move.

moving supplies

I highly recommend Fogboxes. Their service is exceptional, their boxes are clean and easy to stack and store, the delivery and pick up went off without a hitch. The only way they could improve the service is if they packed the boxes for me!

Reusable boxes for moving and storage

I was moving across the city in February and when I heard about Frogbox on Dragon's Den I thought I'd check it out. The cost of the boxes was actually cheaper than buying the equivalent in cardboard boxes, the service was prompt, friendly and professional. I would love to use them again and have, and will continue to, suggest their services to anyone that needs moving or storage boxes.

Re-usable moving boxes

Even though we live outside of the FrogBox service/delivery area, they accommodated our desire to use their green boxes, letting us pick up and drop off the boxes at their warehouse. When our move took longer than we'd planned (which was longer than we'd booked our moving boxes) the FrogBox team was easy to work with and very flexible. Although I hope not to move for at least 10 years, the next time I pack up my home, it will be with FrogBox again.

Re-usable moving supplies

Used FROGBOX moving supplies to move from Kits to Burnaby. The quality of the crates was good, the only limit was how much weight you could push on the cart. Made moving much faster. Pricey.

Moved houses

When we moved into our new house it was a big deal. We had long out-grown our old house and had managed to accumulate a lot of things- things we actually needed. Frogboxes provided us with the ability to move as close to our move date as possible and saved us hours in looking for boxes. Once we moved, contruction was delayed and it was a minimal cost to keep the boxes a little longer. When we were ready, frogboxes were unpacked and picked up. What might have been put off to anothe day - got done.
