I chose United because it had been highly recommended to me - what a mistake! They updated the existing system in my house and told me it was functional except that it was not. When a second technician had to come out to fix it they led me to believe that it would be a quick fix but it wasn't. The first technician didn't do the job right and it took the second technician several hours to fix things and then they charged me for all the hours of the service call, instead of taking responsibility for their first technician's poor work. I expected better communication and customer service from this company. I regret having chosen them and now being stuck with their contract.
