Terry was very efficient, helpful, polite and clean up was excellent. He answered all of our questions without hesitating and they were very helpful and useful.

The pump on the aircondition burned out. The serviceman kept looking till he found out why.
The drain hose was pinched tight that lead into the drain.
If this had not been found it would have happened again.

I had Service Experts install my air conditioning unit and continue to use them for maintenance and service. I had them check on my unit when I thought I had a problem with it cooling. They scheduled an appointment quickly and the technician was able to assure me my unit was functioning properly. The technician arrived within the time frame given and called me prior to arriving. Toby gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about installing central air in our home. We had to wait a little longer than hoped for the install date, but it being a hot summer that was understandable. The unit was installed quickly and is running great. The install team had to remove a baseboard in our home which caused slight damage - but it was necessary to update the thermostat.
